Eliza Kendall founded Leave it to Liza, an event and entertainment agency in 1990. This Company was the precursor to International Finest Restroom, Inc., the Franchisor company of ElizaJ®, established in 1997.

Leave it to Liza operated mainly in the Cape Cod, Massachusetts area. The extensive client list included many major corporations such as ESPN, GM, Sprint PCS, Smith­Kline Beecham, McKinsey and Co, AMX, Cannon, Reebok, Frito Lay and many others. Eliza also worked with skater Paul Wiley and the Kennedy family at their events. The Franchisor has provided entertainment for the Kennedys in the past and continues to provide restrooms for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign and Best Buddies Inc, at the Kennedy compound in Hyannisport.

The Principals Of ElizaJ® are Eliza J. Kendall and Ron Kendall.

Eliza is the founder of the Franchise ElizaJ®. She has a very successful track record as a wedding/event coordinator and entertainment agent and also as a real estate investor. Honors include the Women’s Business Hall of Fame (2003) and recognition as a finalist in Fast Company’s fast 50 (March 2004). Eliza brings her wealth of knowl­edge and experience to the franchise. Her goal is to make the ElizaJ® brand the “go to” brand for quality, portable restroom services for all outdoor events.

Eliza works with all new Franchisees to get the business off to a flying start. She will show you the best places to market for customers and how to close the event deals. But, it is not only in the first month of business that Eliza will be highly available to you. She will take an active role in helping you to sign up all the business you can handle.

Ron Kendall is in charge of the logistics of the restroom operations for the system. He was previously a partner in RJ Kendall and Sons Paving for over 25 years.

As a new Franchise owner you will spend lots of time with Ron learning how the restroom units are ordered, delivered, set up, and then broken down. Although most Franchisees will not be involved personally in the mechanics of the operation, especially after the first few event jobs, Ron will make sure that you know everything you need to know in order to supervise your employees.
